Apparently all of us blinked and it became November and before we know it, the day will be here for us to officially give thanks.  We at The SSW decided to start a bit early and dedicate the entire month to things we are thankful for.

It's time to focus on the positive and attract even more success!

Using the mission of The SSW as a guide, here are a few ways that we will be showing our thanks this November: 

Connecting - I'm thankful to have so many fantastic women in my life and I want to ensure that as many of you get to meet each other as possible.  In only one month we have almost reached our goal of 500 members so let's keep that momentum going!  Tell the successful women in your life about The SSW and make sure that they join.  Membership is free and it takes less than three minutes.  Learn more by visiting our Membership page. 

Mentoring - There are so many resources available to women in business, but there is no greater resource than successful women themselves.  Each woman has a story to share and more than a few lessons she has learned.  That's why November is the perfect month to film a live episode of The Show, our national online talk show that focuses on you!  On November 17th, we'll be filming a show in Tampa, Florida and a few lucky women will be selected as our guests.  Click here to learn how you can attend the taping of The Show and be a part of the excitement!

Raising Awareness - This is an especially critical time for many non-profit organizations and we should all be thankful that these groups exist to help those families in need.  During the month of November we will be gathering much-needed supplies for the Homeless Coalition and these people need your help.  Click here to see which supplies are on the urgent needs list and how you can contribute.

Supporting - Do you know of a great organization that provides work opportunities for women?  We are determined to get as many women to work as possible and you can help! If you have heard of a company is looking to recruit then we want to hear about it.  Not only will we pass it along to women looking for work, but we will do our own research into all of these opportunities to see which ones really offer financial security and which ones are just hype.  Contact us with your ideas.
